Customer Service Policy

Refunds and Returns:

Client satisfaction is a top priority.  If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, please contact me at jewelrybyfrangreen@gmail.com within 15 days of the date of purchase to request a refund.  Requests for refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused in the same condition as received, with the tag intact, using a service that provides tracking and insurance coverage.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for re-imbursement.

Refund payments will be made either by cheque or e-transfer following receipt by email to jewelrybyfrangreen@gmail.com of the shipment date and tracking number. A refund to your credit card is not possible at this time.

If a refund is requested because of a product issue, there is the option of replacement.

Replacement:

I take pride in ensuring the quality and integrity of my designs and do a quality check before shipping out your order.  If somehow, a defect is discovered, photos of the defect are requested to be sent to jewelrybyfrangreen@gmail.com and the item returned to Jewelry by Fran Green.  Once notice of the shipment date and tracking number is provided by email, a replacement will be shipped out free of charge.
